Shipping

Sur Sur ships from coast to coast across the continental United States. Shipping is included in all US orders, excluding custom and wholesale.

All orders are processed within 2-3* business days of placement and ship within 4-5 business days when your product is in stock. If your Sur Sur item is being handmade directly for you, you will be notified when it is ready to ship. Every Sur Sur item is crafted by master artisans - and pieces not in stock will have extended timelines. 

Due to some ongoing Covid-19 precautions and delays with some carriers, orders may take longer than usual. Typically products will arrive within 5-7 days of shipment. We ship Monday-Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and any US Territories

Customers shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, or U.S. territories can select their preferred shipping method at checkout. 

Shipping Internationally

Coming soon. Currently we do not offer internationally, including to Canada. You can sign up to receive updates from Sur Sur here as we add new locations or reach out to info@sursur.shop for custom orders.

Carriers and Tracking

Sur Sur uses FedEx Home or FedEx Smartpost when shipping in the continental US. 

Once your purchase is processed, we will notify you by email with your tracking code. 

Returns and Exchanges

We accept exchanges on most products. 

Sur Sur Return Policy

We hope you love your handcrafted items. Perfect in their imperfections, Sur Sur products are made by master artisans from around the world.

However, you are not satisfied with your products, you may return approved undamaged, unwashed and unused items with the receipt within 15 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs on returns are at the responsibility of the customer or recipient.

-          Returns may be refused at management discretion

-          Returning a gift? We will need the gift receipt.

-          Any taxes charged will be included in your store credit.

-          Gift cards are final sale.

-          Any shipping costs are non-refundable

After we receive your item, we will return the amount as store credit in the form of a digital gift card for items not damaged.  For damaged items you will receive a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow for up to 7 business days for the amount to be processed 

Damaged 

Sur Sur products are handmade by master artisans - and each piece is unique with variations in weave, dye or pattern. No two products will look identical - this is what makes your Sur Sur product uniquely yours. 

However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective or product that was sent by error - Sur Sur will work to make sure you receive the product you wanted! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that photo proof of any damage may be required.
